Reservation Conditions
To make a reservation we need a credit card number, expiration date, with the exact name on the card as well as your billing address and your telephone number. Without all of this information we cannot process the card for security of the reservation.
- We accept Visa, MasterCard, Amex or Diners club.
- We do not accept Visa Electron or Debit account credit cards, unless there is an advance deposit required.
The card/ arrival information may be sent to us either via the return email, telephone (+31 20 427 5165) or fax (+31 20 427 5166). The credit card information is used only to secure the room unless otherwise stated. Upon receipt of the number we will confirm via the email or fax your reservation.
We work on a first come first serve basis in regards to the card information to reserve a room, rooms are not held unless specified by us.
Reservation conditions may change according to the type and length of stay. We cannot guarantee a specific double room in either of our B&B's, unless it is one of the larger suites or a last minute booking.
For apartments there is a deposit required at the time of booking. Please enquire for more details.
Arrival Information
We require your travel itinerary (flight number and airline code/ train number, by car, departure city and arrival time here in Amsterdam) to insure that someone is here to check you in upon arrival as we are not always in the house. We arrange our schedules around arrival and departures of guests. This may be sent to us at a later time. Preferably not later than 1 week prior to arrival date.
Cancellation Policy:
- No charge if cancellation/shortening is made 14 days or more before arrival.
- Full charge if cancellation is made less than 14 days before arrival.
These conditions may change according to the type of reservation and the length of stay. Please enquire for more details
For any unforeseen reasons you must cancel or shorten your reservation then it is advisable to phone us to see what can be arranged.
